It was one of the best villas we stayed. The owner is more like a friend than a owner. The hospitality is outrageous…we got every morning a basket with fruits, local olive oil and honey. Ioannis (giannis) is the perfect host is available and the villa is amazing spacious clean and has everything you need big kitchen big living rooms and an amazing garden . Giannis provide us with breakfast every morning and also he done a bbq in the garden was a holiday highlight perfect night. we walked to the nearest beach traganou is about 20 min we use the car to go to the center which is 10 minutes away In the house there a small gym and a big Jacuzzi with sun beds and we definitely coming back

We spent a week at Lucidum Maisonette in Rhodos with at family of 5. The house is beautiful and you can feel the love and effort Ioannis put into this place. The garden with the stone walls and vegetation is the heart of this building where you can enjoy a relaxed time. The interior is also furnished and decorated with love to details and greek art. But the greatest asset of this AirBnB is its host and the owner of the house! He started to contact us early after the booking and took care of us through the whole journey. He arranged pick-up and the airport and embraced us to the house and his family. We were originally not aware that the breakfast was included (you do not expect this on a typical AirBnB booking) and Ioannis wanted to surprise us every morning with a fantastic breakfast. We had the freshest bread and Pastry from a local bakery and always fresh food. A lot of the fruits and vegetables are grown in the big garden between the Olive Trees of his family and you can taste it(!) We felt like part of his family and this was an unforgettable experience of magical greek hospitality (something you don’t expect in times of organized tourism anymore). We were even invited to a BBQ by Ioannis which was one magical greek night on a nice table under an olive tree! We arrived as guests and left a friend behind! We can only highly recommend this host and location! Thank you!

We have enjoyed every single moment we stayed at this place. The villa is really big (much bigger than you expect). The place is organised very thoughtfully with a lot of different spaces to enjoy starting from hammock and outdoor shower in the garden, jacuzzi, BBQ area, terrace dining space, terrace relaxation space, outdoor gym, finishing with balcony in every single room, massive TV (we did not really have time for it), breakfast area, dining area, 3 bathrooms and massive pack of ice in a freezer if you need to cool yourself down. The air conditioners work effectively and cool down the rooms very quickly. The quality of beds and pillows are great, you will have plenty of towels for inside and outside. There is a handy washing machine and washing capsules, especially if you travel with kids. There is a drying rack and iron if you really need to look super smart (we didn’t). Bath robes and sleepers are also provided. This was super useful and definitely not something you would get in a normal Airbnb. We were looked after by Yannis, our host and I have to say managed to take our stay to the next level. You will get a hospitality you will never forget. Yannis was treating us like royalty, so you are booking Airbnb but in reality you are getting proper top level B&B with lots of extras that we did not expect at all. Yannis has welcomed us with a fish BBQ (he has asked us what we prefer) cooked using proper olive wood (yes, there is a second BBQ in this villa that Yannis operates). Sea bream was fresh from the market and was melting in a mouth. It was accompanied by lovely Greek salad and fries, all cooked with olive oil from Yannis’s olive trees plantation. He also treated us with cooked breakfast and was leaving us surprise breakfast baskets as well as fruits including sweetest ever melons from his own garden. Yannis has also very kindly offered us some drop offs and pick ups from the beach. He has also took us to the supermarket to do some shopping. When we were leaving this place we forgot a charger and an adapter and Yannis was super kind to text me and then dropped them at the hotel we were staying next that was much appreciated. If you have opportunity, speak to Yannis regarding his art projects. It’s fascinating what he does when he is not busy with us, tourists. I will leave this part as a mini secret for you to find out if you are lucky to be looked after by Yannis. Vasillis was always available on WhatsApp too and have replied straight away every time. I would recommend to use airport transfer offered as there is no Uber or Bolt, only local taxis that you need to book. Massive massive thank you to both Yannis and Vasslis (Billy) to making our stay unforgettable.

The Lucidum Villa is an absolute hidden gem of Rhodes. They have really thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable and inviting as possible. It was not only a super relaxing vacation but we learned about the farm and local products, the artworks of Yannis, and about the culture & geography of the island. The fully equipped gym is also a huge plus. They made us feel right at home, and we’ll definitely be back!

Each morning, Ioannis prepared a delicious breakfast made from locally sourced items, which was the perfect start to our day. One of the highlights was the unforgettable BBQ he hosted for us and our friends, featuring mouth-watering dishes that showcased his exceptional cooking skills and love for Greek cuisine. The house itself was cozy, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. Ioannis’s warmth, kindness, and genuine care for his guests made our stay in Rhodes truly magical and absolutely unique. We can’t wait to return!

This was a truly fabulous villa/ holiday destination, made even better by the experiences provided by Ioannis, the owner, and his lovely family. The property is divided nicely into different zones offering flexibility and space. There is air con throughout and you have a great supply of essentials. Anything not available or needed is very quickly made available / resolved by Ioannis. He truly does dedicate his time to your needs. The bedrooms are spacious and the mattresses are very comfortable. There is a full supply of towels for use throughout your stay; and washing facilities and multiple supplies. The kitchen is also well stocked with supplies such as bags, foil and dishwasher tablets. Ioannis works hard to make you comfortable – we arrived late on the first night and he fed us that evening; then continued to offer homemade breakfast and BBQs. He’s constantly available for questions, advice or local contacts. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Lucidum villa. It is beautiful.

Huge TVs and a very decend soundbar audio system. Air conditioning was with very quiet Daikin units. Our host Yani prepared breakfast for us at our request on the days when we were not leaving early.

A wonderful reception – even though we arrived after midnight, The owner sent a car for us from the airport and was waiting with local refreshments and a gracious welcoming tour of Lucida ; Staying here means you don’t have to think of anything ! ; they had thought of every little thing we could possibly need to make our stay as relaxing as possible, from the copious snacks and refreshments to the toiletries and entertainment. The little details make it a fabulous stay, nicely spread out so even as a large group you could find lots of quiet areas to chill out and recoup, but with an owner that is eager to show the beauty of Rhodes so that you could have your very own guide around the island to experience whatever suited you most from beaches to the hills or history of the town. The gastronomy ? – well Hippocrates says, “Let food be thy medicine” and Lucida takes this sentiment seriously. From your morning breakfast outside under the olive and lemon trees with fresh local Greek produce – to the evening with a grill and fresh cut salad with fragrant fresh oregano and lemons straight from the gardens around you – it’s just pure bliss. If you’re yet to feel healed, retreat to the reposeful areas in and around the residence and let your worries whittle away to the soothing sound of cicadas, from plunge pool side to garden hammock or numerous chill out beds and cabanas around the welcome shade of the beautifully designed garden – with tortoises under the trees and kittens prowling the terraces; it is just blissful. You will not go hungry that is certain ! We used every corner to relax – and the tv outside under the cooling canopy was just perfect for lazy evening. The ‘jacuzzi’ was great – more a good-sized plunge pool, spotlessly clean, the perfect temperature and well designed to get in and out of, with a brilliant outside shower. There is a gym with everything you could need and bikes and paddle boards. In the evening the outdoor lighting was just perfect.

The owner was really kind and very friendly. Villa was really nice, clean and spacious. The owner made us breakfast every morning and even bbq for the last evening. Food was so delicious. Everything was really great! You get everything you want and more. Highly reccomend and big thanks for the wonderfull time!

The villa was amazing and Yannis was the best host ever! The villa is amazing, great spaces indoors and outdoors and everything worked perfectly well and there where great amenities. Yannis made everything great for us and was the perfect example of Greek hospitality. If I come back to Rhodes I will definitely stay in his place again.
